- Supplements: Laminin Works shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
- Research products: All products offered by Laminin Works are intended for laboratory, research, and educational purposes only. Not for Human or Veterinary use. Buyers agree to handle and store all products in accordance with appropriate laboratory procedures and applicable laws. 5. Shipping and Delivery Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information regarding processing times, delivery methods, and temperature-sensitive handling. Laminin Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Light therapy devices: Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 15 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from us by sending an email to support@lamininworks.com or calling (859) 474-7414. No returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization from us. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed to by us.
- Supplements & Research products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. For defective, damaged, or incorrect shipments, please review our Refund Policy for resolution procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability Laminin Works and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of our products.
